Kick Fit

This adult program is structured in a way that all participants from varying levels can enjoy together.
We have set up this class so that people can get or stay in shape in a fun and exciting way. The combination of aerobic, conditioning, strength training and self-defense techniques enable all to make improvements in their balance, flexibility, coordination, cardio-capacity, strength and skill development while having fun at the same time. We help to push students to their limits in order for them to constantly improve and continue to vary the lessons and teachings so that boredom is never an option.

 

Pre-registration is required for this class and is done on a first come, first serve basis. Please see the schedule below and register for your class by clicking the "Book a Class" button. Reservation instructions will be given to participants through the link.

 

Mondays and Wednesdays 8:30-9:30pm

Saturdays 10:30-11:30am
